Reserving a puppy: To reserve a puppy you need to put down a deposit in the amount of $250. This goes toward the price of your puppy and is non-refundable, except at my discretion. If I feel like I messed up I will return it. But, like I said that is determined by my own moral compass not your buyers remorse. Putting down a deposit before a litter is born or pregnancy is verified does not count as me messing up. That is a buyer wanting to guarantee they have first pick on a particular litter, sometimes when you do that you have to wait awhile. If you put down a deposit make sure you are ready and want one of MY puppies. Deposits are always good. If you decide you are not ready you can put it off and use it later. It doesn't matter when later might be. You gave me money and it will always be a credit for you to use if you so desire.
Pick Orders: Pick orders are set by the order deposits come in. People with old deposits that come back and want to use it will go ahead of standard pick order. Breeders choice will also always supersede the listed pick orders. If a puppy is going to be used for breeding it is important that the best puppy from the litter is the one that is chosen.
Total Pricing: I will set tentative prices when puppies are born. Prices are set at 3 weeks when I do coat & personality assessment and individual pictures. Ranges are as follows:
Goldendoodle: $800-1600 depending on color, structure and personality. (Average is about $1200-1300)
Standard Poodle:$800-2000. Depending on what I breed them for and overall quality and breeding. Sometimes I breed poodles for traits that don't fit standards because when I breed doodles with them it creates a better quality doodle. Therefore, the ones that I don't keep out of those litters are sold for less. Sometimes I breed poodles for the quality and conformation "normal" poodle breeders do. Those are more.
Taxes and Fees: As a licensed Missouri breeder I must charge a 5.725% sales tax on every puppy sold to stay compliant. If you choose to use the PayPal payment option there is a 3% convenience fee you must add to any payment. If you want full breeding rights then that is additional to the pet price of the puppy. It is going to depend on the puppy you want and why you want it how much additional it is.
